Chris was great. We had to travel to view the property and he was flexible with times and meeting us on site. Represented the seller well and pushed our offer up to a more acceptable level, which was win/win, as seller got a better price up front, but we also got an immediate acceptance of the offer. Had to travel back for settlement as well & once again quite flexible with time to meet-up on site. Good with the back & forth over email & phone remotely, as well.
