We really value your hard work and dedication in leasing our property and your continued diligence with the management issues and property maintenance has been much appreciated. From our very first meeting you impressed us both with your friendly manner, professionalism and customer service. We were pushed for time as we were leaving the state the next day however you managed the whole process very efficiently and therefore made us worry free. We have found ourselves feeling relieved that our property is in the hands of someone that seems to personally care and is dedicated to finding, most importantly, the right tenant for our property.

At first we were concerned on how we would find a tenant, and then maintain the property. We shouldn’t have been, because that’s when we were introduced to Jan, and I have to say from that day on all our concerns & worries have eased. In our dealings with Jan I can honestly say she is one of the most diligent and thorough persons I have encountered, and she has made owning a rental property on the coast very satisfying as nothing has been an issue for her, be it, meeting tradesman at the property & letting them in, arranging inspections to find a tenant, providing updates, and now most importantly looking after the property to ensure our rent is paid, but just as importantly our tenants are looked after as well. I have no hesitation in recommending Jan as your expert property manager on the Gold Coast

I can tell you now I was very hesitant after our last bad experience with another real estate agent looking after our property to contact anyone. But from the moment I called Jan she was amazing, professional and has always been helpful in every way, our unit has been well looked after and I couldn’t have asked for a better property manager and I want to thank you Jan, you are a star :).
I would highly recommend Realty Blue to anyone and will certainly be using you again in the future
