What else can I say other than, Bianca is incredible!

Getting the right agent was critical for us as we lived interstate, we needed someone we could trust and that could deliver on their promise. When I first spoke with she told me two things 1. Don’t stress and 2. I’ve got this.

How right those words were, Bianca went above and beyond all the time to ensure she delivered on her commitment (and keep us from stressing!). In the end Bianca delivered an exceptional result for us in what were some pretty challenging circumstances.

I also found over the journey of selling our home that I was able to get to know Bianca and build a great relationship with her, she was professional, warm and had a remarkable sense of humour. These are the characteristics that everyone should be looking for when they decide on who they are going use as their agent or if you want to save yourself the hassle searching, just go with Bianca.

She regularly visited at the house to gauge progress and to provide sensible advice on the scope of the preparation so as not to over capitalize the property.
