We first met Mick from Realty Blue when we attended an open home he was hosting. His approach to us as potential buyers was just right not intrusive or intimidating but respectful and relaxed.
That initial contact was why, two years later, he was the first agent we rang to interview in regards to the sale of our home.
Aside from his approachable nature, we admired the fact he had the confidence to back himself and start his own business. Just ask him how he got started his story shows his confidence, determination and most importantly persistence, and in a real estate market when buyers just donâ€™t fall into your lap, these qualities are essential.
The final reason we went with Mick was because he was practically a neighbour living in the same neighbourhood meant he could genuinely explain to buyers the absolute joy of living in the area.
Mick was great to deal with. He had the confidence to name a price; he was always positive, he never made excuses or wavered from the goal we set, and he was a nice bloke to talk to in general!
We had a contract in 30 days, and highly recommend you talk to Mick if you're thinking of selling.
