A completely different approach

Having been involved in Sales and Marketing for the last twenty years, I naturally find myself judging sales people on their abilities and most importantly, their people skills.
My wife and I first met Mick while attending various open homes in Miami. We both noticed that Mick had a completely different approach to the other Real Estate Agents that we had encountered in the past. Mick was truly genuine to talk to, passionate about his business and at no time pre-judged people attending the open homes. This was a breath of fresh air.
Recently, we lost my Aunt to cancer and as a family, felt that we would put her house on the market. This was a very emotional time for my Mother and all the family. My Mother was very concerned about having Real Estate Sales people through my Aunts home and having descriptions like 'Deceased Estate' as a marketing ploy. I suggested to Mum that we should talk to Mick on how we should go about this very important decision.
We had a meeting with Mick on the Thursday, and my Mother immediately warmed to him. After the meeting, my Mother described Mick as a very caring and understanding human being. She also went on to say that she felt that Mick was truly on our side and was not just after another commission.
By the following Sunday afternoon, Mick already had motivated buyers and contracts were signed that week.
The whole process was unbelievable, especially considering that the price was more than we expected.
I can honestly say that I would only use Realty Blue for any real estate dealings in the future.
Mick, I am not at all surprised that your signs are everywhere in Miami !!!!!
