When we decided to sell, we asked three agents to come out and give us appraisal on our property.  We had never sold a home before so it was new for us.  Within the first 5 minutes we had decided that Mick was the agent for us. We first met Mick from Realty Blue when we attended an open home he was hosting. His approach to us as potential buyers was just right not intrusive or intimidating but respectful and relaxed.

Having been involved in Sales and Marketing for the last twenty years, I naturally find myself judging sales people on their abilities and most importantly, their people skills.

I suggested to Mum that we should talk to Mick on how we should go about this very important decision.

We had a meeting with Mick on the Thursday, and my Mother immediately warmed to him.  After the meeting, my Mother described Mick as a very caring and understanding human being. She also went on to say that she felt that Mick was truly on our side and was not just after another commission.

By the following Sunday afternoon, Mick already had motivated buyers and contracts were signed that week.

The whole process was unbelievable, especially considering that the price was more than we expected.

I can honestly say that I would only use Realty Blue for any real estate dealings in the future.
